Applesauce cookies
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
2 cups applesauce
2 eggs
1 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cloves
Pinch of salt
Mix together ingredients and then ADD
4 cups flour
For something extra: add raisins or chocolate chips
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Drop a heaping teaspoon onto cookie sheet
Bake for 10 minutes
