It's Rhubarb Season!



Rhubarb Crunch

4 C. Finely diced rhubarb
2 T Cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla
2 C sifted flour
2 C brown sugar
3/4 C Sugar
1 C Water
1 C melted butter
1 1/2 C quick oats
2 t cinnamon

Place Rhubarb in 9 x 13 cake pan. Cook sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla. Pour over rhubarb. Combing remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over Rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done.
