Split Ring Pliers: These pliers are designed to open a split ring just enough to slide them onto your finding. They allow the split ring to close right back up without disfiguring the ring

Wire Wrapping/looping Pliers: These pliers are designed to make 3 different sizes of loops. They make 4 mm, 6 mm & 8 mm loops. They are used the same way round nose pliers are used for wire wrapping. You can use them to make simple or wrapped loops or to make you own jump rings.

Flat nose pliers: These are used to bend wire. The flat surface can help securely hold jump rings, flatten wire, and make sharp corner for wire working, they can also help hold beads in place without scratching

Round Nose Pliers: These are an ESSENTIAL tool in jewelry making. They can be used to make loops while wire wrapping. They are also helpful in forming headpins and eyepins.

Pineapple Orange Smoothie


¼ cup sugar
1 c. vanilla ice cream softened
3 c. ice cubes
8 oz can frozen pineapple orange juice concentrate (thawed)
Combine all ingredients in a blender;
Blend until smooth.
Serve it out of a POTION JAR for a fun Halloween drink!

Crimping Tool

Here is a guide to your common jewelry hand tools.


* Crimping Tool: This is Must have tool when stringing beads! They easily secure crimp tubes and beads to your beading wire. The tool has two notches for closing your crimps( when your crimp tool is closed, one notch forms on "o" and one forms a "u" . The crimp first & squeeze your tube or bend in the "u" shaped notch to keep it in place. then squeeze it on the "o: shaped notch to further secure and round it.

* Flush cut pliers: THis took can tri head pins, eye pins and beading wire. Flush cutters allow a flat even cut. for a perfect flush cut, always keep the waste end of your wire toward the concave side of the cutters.

BOO-Riffic Brownies



These are a simple and fun holiday treat that are very EASY to personalize in 3 easy steps!

Ingredients

1- Family size pkg of fudge brownie mix. Plus all ingredients to make the brownies
1- pkg jumbo marshmallows
1 container of White cake frosting
Blue, orange, purple, and green good coloring.
assortment of small candies for the eyes ( m&m's Cinnamon sprinkles, ect)

STEP 1
Prepare brownie mix. Divide batter evenly into paper lined cupcake pans. Bake as directed. When the toothpick comes out with MOIST CRUMBS, pull out of the oven.

Step 2

Immediately after removing from oven, place jumbo Marshmallows on top of warm brownies. Move to wire rack to cool completely.

Step 3
Place small amount of white frosting into the microwave save dishes. Microwave on MED for 5-7 second or until frosting is runny. Mix a drop of food coloring into a couple dishes to make a colored ghost, leaving a few white as well.. Drizzle spoonfuls of the frosting over marshmallows, allowing it to puddle at the base. Let Frosting cool completely. When coo, place 2 candies for the eyes of the ghost. You can also draw a mouth with Gel frosting for the "BOO" Effect.

Ceramic Tins with Apple Strudel Recipe



FALL APPLE STRUDEL MUFFINS


Can’t you smell those delicious muffins in the morning? Hot and fresh right out of the oven!! Yummy…


Recipe: apple strudel muffin


Ingredients:

2 cup flour 1 ¼ teaspoons vanilla

1 teaspoon baking powder 1 ½ cups chopped apples

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt 1/3 cup packed brown sugar

½ cup butter 1 tablespoon flour

1 cup white sugar 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 eggs 1 tablespoon butter


Directions:

preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 12 cup muffin pan

In a medium bow, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt

In a large bowl, beat together, butter, sugar and eggs until smooth. Mix in vanilla. Stir in apples, and gradually blend in the flour mixture. Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin pan.

In small bow, mix brown sugar, flower and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is like coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over tops of mixture in muffin pan.

Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean. Allow to sit 5 minutes before removing from pan. Cool on a wire rack.


Pick up a Halloween Ceramic Muffin tin to bake this or your own favorite recipe in. Wrap with cello, tie it with raffia and add a note.
