OPEN HOUSE 2011


ITS OPEN HOUSE TIME!!! Emma and Renee’ invite you to our Open House Saturday November 5. Join us 8 am to 9 pm for a fun day!!

Our Fall and Christmas design ceramic loaf pans will be on special. These are FDA approved and can be used in the oven. Pick some up to use for neighborhood and family gifting.

Homemade is always the BEST!!!

Banana-sour Cream Loaf

2/3 c, butter 1 tsp baking powder

1 1/3 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking soda

2 eggs ½ tsp salt

1 ½ c bananas, mashed ½ c. sour cream

2 ¼ c. flour 1 c nuts (optional)

Cream butter and sugar together; add eggs and bananas, beat until smooth. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.

Add dry mixture alternately with sour cream to banana mix. Blend well.

Fold in nuts and pour into a greased 9”x5” loaf pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 65 minuters
