Banana-sour Cream Loaf
2/3 c, butter 1 tsp baking powder
1 1/3 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs ½ tsp salt
1 ½ c bananas, mashed ½ c. sour cream
2 ¼ c. flour 1 c nuts (optional)
Cream butter and sugar together; add eggs and bananas, beat until smooth. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.
Add dry mixture alternately with sour cream to banana mix. Blend well.
Fold in nuts and pour into a greased 9”x5” loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 65 minuters
