1. Glue the edges of the key with the glitter glue, let it dry.

Here is fun and easy project that you and the girls can make to wear in their hair for the holidays.

You will need:

4 pieces of 1/4" wide ribbon that are 12" long

Select the ribbons in your colors of choice

Wind each piece of ribbon around a 1/4 inch thick dowl.

Place wooden clothes pins on the ends to secure the ribbon

Bake in a 275 degree oven for 20-25 minutes

Remove the backed and curled pieces from the dowels

Wrap or tie the 4 pices together in the center and secure to a hair barrette.

Place in the hair and let everyone ooooh & aaahh!

You have two actions in each turn of this party game, the first is to draw a challenge card, which will give you an action that you must perform. It could be a role you have to act out, a story to tell, or an opinion to explain. this really doesn't have any direct bearing on the game. It is a means to get to and then play off of the second type of card you draw at the end of your turn, which is a curse card.
The curse cards are played on other players and force them to continually perform certain actions, such as barking like a dog whenever the player to the right reads a card or hold on to the card with both hands at all times. If another player notices that you are not performing your action, you "break the curse" and turn it face down in front of you. In fairy tales, breaking a curse is a good thing, but not in this game. When you break three curses, you are eliminated from the game, although you are still available to have actions performed on (such as "The other people in the room are electrified. Each time you contact one of them you get a big shock.")
The last player with a curse remaining wins.

· Cut your photo to fit the back of block so picture is showing through block
· Make sure your block opening is at the top of the block
· With a fine line, spread diamond glaze around back edge of block
· Place picture on back of block
· Let Dry
· Place vinyl word or letters onto the front of block, on the lower half, so that the upper part of your picture shows through.
· If desired, you can glue something fun to the top corner, such as the golf ball pictured above. (E6000 glue works best)

DIRECTIONS:

Fold the towel in half, mark center and cut in half so that you 2 pieces measuring 18" x 13 3/4"

fold raw side down 2 1/4" and press. Fold raw edge 1/4" under and press again. Sew leaving a 1/4" seam allowance leaving sides open.

With the remaining piece cut (4)strips of fabric measuring 2 1/2" wide.

Attach 2 strips together on the short side using 1/4" allowance. Press open.

Fold tie in half and press. Fold the long sides under 1/4" and press.

Sew long sides together leaving ends open (right sides facing each other)

turn the fabric right side out

tuck in ends and stitch close

Repeat for second tie.

Tuck on end of the tie into the opening on the Bistro Apron. Stitch the opening to close and hold tie into place.

Repeat for 2nd tie.

Supplies:

One yard of memory wire
Approximately 1 1/4 –inch-diameter tube,
such as a plastic camera film holder or spice container
Needle-nose pliers
Assorted beads

Directions:

1. Using the needle-nose pliers, twist one end of the wire to form a closed loop.
2. String beads from the opposite end of the wire.
3. To make a towel holder with dangling, charm like beads that lay on the front of the towel (similar to the one in our picture), put your desired beads as the first and last beads.
4. Use alternate colors and sizes of beads to strip onto the wire for a varied pattern that can be repeated. Or string as desired.
5. String beads until you have four or five coils strung.
After the last bead is on, use the needle-nose pliers, twisting the wire to form another closed loop. Cut off the excess wire

Very Quick Cuddle Fleece Scarf

Instructions:

With right sides together, fold fleece in half lengthwise and pin every few inches

Quick and Easy Paper Mug

12 x 12 2 sided designer paper
Paper glue or 2 sided tape
something fun to put in the mug

DIRECTIONS:

ITS EASY AS 1-2-3-4

Pick 2 sided paper
place on top of SPC Mug die cut.

** 12 x 12 will make 2 if you cut the paper in half before cutting and place onto the mug portion of the die cut. FYI: The extra piece on the die cut is for a card that you insert into the mugs

3. Cut out Mug.

4. Glue or Tape the handle side and bottom of the mug leaving the top and middle of mug open.

Now you are ready to insert whatever you would like...

Fudged Filled Cookie Cutters

Directions:

FUDGE OPTION:

place cookie cutters on parchment paper lined cookie sheet
prepare fudge recipe
pour fudge into cookie cutters, cool completly

3 cups chocolate chips
1- 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk.
1/4 cup butter

Place chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter into large microwave bowl. Zap in microwave on medium until chips are melted. Stirring once or twice during cooking

BROWNIE OPTION:

Bake brownies according to chosen recipe.
Let brownies cool completely
Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes.
Leave brownies in Cookie cutters
Place in Cellophane bags
Tie off bag with Ribbon

3 Yds ribbon

5" or 6" Styrofoam ball

2 gold glitter Stems

Directions:

Cut a 2 1/2 Yes piece of mesh for the Angels head and body. Cover the head and gather all together at the neck, wrapping tightly with a wire.

Cut a 2 yard piece of mesh for the wings. Find the center and gather. Bring each end to the center, gather and tie with a wire. Wire or glue the wings to the body.

Overlap the 2 glitter stems about 8" and twist together to make a thicker stem. Shape into a circle. Glue to the head.

Make a bow with the ribbon and wire under the head. Add berries and greenery into the bow if desired.

Banana-sour Cream Loaf

2/3 c, butter 1 tsp baking powder

1 1/3 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking soda

2 eggs ½ tsp salt

1 ½ c bananas, mashed ½ c. sour cream

2 ¼ c. flour 1 c nuts (optional)

Cream butter and sugar together; add eggs and bananas, beat until smooth. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.

Add dry mixture alternately with sour cream to banana mix. Blend well.

Fold in nuts and pour into a greased 9”x5” loaf pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 65 minuters

Cuddle Snuggly Critter Blanket

You will need:

* 1 soft critter such as a TY Pluffie or Ty Classic

* 2- 20" x 20" Pieces of cuddle for the smaller critter OR

*2- 30" x 30" pieces of cuddle for the bigger critter

DIRECTIONS:

Carefully cute the critter in half across the waistline. Remove a little of the stuffing and the bag of pellets in the bottom. Hand or machine baste each half if the body shut, gathering it so that it measures 3 3/4" ( 4 1/2") for the bigger one.

Square up the cuddle blanket pieces. It is best to lay them right sides together, WITH THE GRAIN AND NAP GOING IN THE SAME DIRECTION!! Cut a 3" or 4" (bigger blanket) triangle pieces off of two opposite corners. Using a plate for a guide round the other tow corners.

Sew the top part of the body onto one squared corner and the feet of the opposite corner. Place both pieces tummy side down on the piece you want to be the front. Then place the fabric pieces right side together, carefully checking the nap, pin and sew around the blanket leaving an opening for turning.

Turn right side out, hand stitch the opening shut, and then top stitch 5/8" around the blanket edge. Both Cuddle and the Pluffies are washable-- VERY BABY FRIENDLY!

When doing a beading project it can be overwhelming to figure out all the different findings needed; crimp beads, ear wires, lobster clasps, head pins...and it can get costly. The solution is a silk cord necklace. It's a simple but elegant beaded necklace that only takes a few minutes to make, and the only skill needed is a knot. All you have to do is pick some of our big holed beads and a silk cord. String the beads on the cord with a simple knot between each bead. You don't even have to worry about a clasp!
